About

Our mission here at the Las Vegas Indian Center is to promote the rich culture of Native Americans, and to provide services that improve the social & economic self-sufficiency of the diverse populations living in the greater Las Vegas area.

As the Executive Director of the Las Vegas Indian Center, I am thankful for the opportunity to serve this vast community and appreciate the great work that so many of you have contributed into this organization. After many years with the Las Vegas Indian Center, I can say with confidence that we are surrounded by incredible people with great passion. Many Natives in the community are innovative and have contributed greatly to confront issues that often create barriers for us.

I recognize that the leader of the Las Vegas Indian Center holds an important role as a community advocate for the Native American people and it's a responsibility that is of importance. My goal is to preserve and build upon the incredible legacy that this organization has, while looking toward the future with growth in mind. Fortunately, we have the right people on our side. We have a committed Board of Directors, a knowledgeable staff with decades of experience between them, and a community that is willing to serve.

No matter how our organization continues to evolve, the Las Vegas Indian Center will always make sure that we advocate for the people in our community. We will continue to gain resources and develop partnerships with other organizations to help our center grow. Our job is to help people activate the part of them that wants to leave the world a better place, and work together to strengthen our community and culture. I thank you for choosing to make a difference through the collective efforts of the Las Vegas Indian Center.

Our accountability to the community is unwavering, and we feel privileged to play a role in helping to make our organization stronger in the years to come. Our land, our people, past, present, and future depend on us to work together to bring sustainability to our community.
